Confirm you are enrolled in a North Carolina Medicaid Tailored Plan. Your Medicaid ID is all you need to get started — there is no cost to you.
Tailored Plans cover members with complex behavioral health needs, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injuries. If you are unsure of your plan type, contact your county Department of Social Services.
Book Your Ride
Submit your ride request at least 48 hours before your appointment. Provide your pickup address, destination, date, and any accessibility needs.
You can request a one-way or round trip. Let us know if you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or if a caregiver will be traveling with you.
Get Confirmation
Our team reviews your request and contacts you within 24 hours to confirm your pickup time and driver details.
You will receive a confirmation call or message. Please have your Medicaid ID ready on the day of your ride.
We Pick You Up
Your driver arrives at your door at the scheduled time. We get you to your appointment safely and on time — and bring you home if you booked a return trip.
Our drivers are trained to assist passengers with mobility needs. Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

This service is available at no cost to members enrolled in a North Carolina Medicaid Tailored Plan.
- Enrolled in a NC Medicaid Tailored Plan
- Have a valid Medicaid ID number
- Traveling to a Medicaid-approved medical destination
- Located within our service area in North Carolina
- Booking at least 48 hours in advance
